Sidr Productions has been featured on Metro TV, the Indonesian news channel, for the Muslim children’s storybooks we have been publishing for readers in Indonesia and Malaysia.
The feature also covered our partnership with Big Bad Wolf, through which Sidr storybooks are distributed at Big Bad Wolf book sales across Indonesia and Malaysia.
A Big Bad Wolf sale brings large crowds of families to one place. Having Sidr storybooks on those tables puts them in front of parents who may not have come looking for an Islamic picture book — and that is exactly who we want to reach.
Indonesia is where our books are read most, and where the Bahasa Indonesia editions are heading. In Malaysia, eight Sidr titles have been selected by the Ministry of Education and taken into four state library collections, and the whole catalogue is on the shelves at BookXcess (our announcement).
Our thanks to Metro TV for the feature. If you are a bookseller or distributor in either country, our trade portal is the quickest way to order.
