What we collect when you contact us, book a workshop or visit this site, why, and the choices you have.
Who we are. Sidr Productions Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16179675). Questions about your data: hello@sidr.productions.
Messages and requests. When you use a form on this site we receive what you type (usually your name, email, phone and message) by email, so we can reply. A Cloudflare Turnstile check runs on the form to stop spam.
Workshop bookings. To book a We Love Ramadan workshop we ask for your name, email and phone, and your children's first names, ages, any allergies and whether they may appear in photos. We use this to run the workshop, keep children safe and send your confirmation. Payments are taken by Stripe, which keeps the booking record; we never see your card number.
Waiting lists. The same details, kept so we can contact you if a place opens.
We only use advertising cookies if you press Accept on the cookie notice. If you do, the Meta pixel (from Meta, which runs Facebook and Instagram) records which pages you visit here, and we tell Meta when a booking is made, so we can see which of our posts and ads bring families to us and show our ads to people likely to be interested. When we send booking details to Meta, your email, phone and first name are scrambled (hashed) first. We also note which of our ads or links you arrived from.
If you press No thanks, none of this happens. Your browser just remembers your choice, and the booking form remembers what you typed while you fill it in.
Stripe (payments and booking records), Resend (sending our emails), Vercel (hosting this site), Cloudflare (spam checks), Google Workspace (our email inbox) and, only with your consent, Meta.
Booking and payment records are kept as long as UK accounting rules require. Messages are kept while we are helping you and for a reasonable time after. Waiting-list details are deleted after the tour.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@sidr.productions. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
